Raffles Park is a gated community in Bengaluru, the third most populous city in India. It consists of 61 spacious villas that blend contemporary tropical design from Singapore with the love of green spaces so typical of the Bangalore region. The villas are designed to make maximum use of natural light, giving you the feeling of living amidst nature, whether you are indoors or outdoors. Raffles Park villas are designed to exceed all of the requirements set by the India Green Building Council for gold-rated sustainable homes.

About the project
The designs are collaboration between renowned Indian architect Karan Grover, and the Singapore-based WOW Architects. It is an inspired pairing. Whereas Karan Grover is at the global cutting edge of green design and construction, WOW are renowned for their visionary approach to projects in the hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors worldwide.

The architects had very clear requirements for the atrium and balcony railings at Raffles Park. In order to create that feeling of being surrounded by nature, maximum transparency would be required, together with a high level of safety. Q-railing’s Easy Glass Slim and the rectangular shaped glass adapters of the Easy Glass MOD 0763 system were natural choices. Both are quick and easy to install, which means big savings during construction.
