Corona update: Orders and deliveries as usual

Times are harsh and uncertain. Corona affects all of us. But although we take it very seriously, we refuse to let it stop everything. We will do everything in our power to keep our usual high service and standards. Of course, without taking any risks that could endanger our partners, customers or employees. But so far, we have been able to take all measures needed so you can continue to order and receive our products.

Placing orders, requesting a quote or contacting us regarding any other topics, runs as always. Contact us via the usual phone numbers and email addresses and we will be of service. Some of us may be working from home, others working shifts in our offices and warehouses, keeping in mind all safety and hygiene measures. This will not cause delays.

Delivery times

Stock has always been of a high priority to us, and now we are extra thankful for that strategy. Our warehouses worldwide hold more than enough volumes to be able to keep supplying you with what you need for your balustrade projects. Components for glass balustrades, posted railings, aluminum systems, handrails, brackets, all is there. Country lockdowns or border checks may cause some unforeseen delays, but apart from that your shipments are delivered as usual.

Self-pick-up at our warehouses

As you will understand, self-pick-up at our offices/warehouses currently is not always possible. Please contact us for more information about self-pick-up. All orders will be delivered to you via parcel service and/or freight forwarder.
