What is the first thing you do in the morning?
Before I go to work in the morning, I’ll have a big, black coffee at home. Then I am full of energy and ready for the day.
Briefly describe what a regular working day looks like for you
There is no regular working day – every day is so different from the day before. On Fridays, I always try to make a nice schedule for the next week. But on Monday I get so many phone calls and e-mails from my customers, that my plans are changed. Mostly I am busy with customer visits, writing quotes and planning. And even if the day is really hectic I always try to be positive and smile.
When is your day a success?
I can say my working day was a success when the customers are happy with my service. When - at the end of the day, after all meetings - I hear from my customers “I’m happy that you visited me today – you helped me a lot”, then I know this day was a good day.
Which project or problem solution are you particularly proud of?
I’m proud of all the solutions I find to the problems that arise. Most of the times, these aren’t big problems, but I know that the solutions are very important for the customers. Sometimes, even a small advice can make a big difference.
Which tasks do you like most?
I am a creative person – so I like the tasks where you need some creativity to solve a problem. And I like to show my own personality in every single tasks.
